THE FOLLOWING IS THE VITAMIN AND MINERAL CONTENT IN EVERY 1/2 TABLESPOON OF VITAPLEN™:

Vitamin A: is essential for eye function and the healthy growth and development of children. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 2500 IU of Vitamin A.

Vitamin C: is helpful in enhancing resistance to germs and boosting the immune system. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 75 mg of Vitamin C.

Vitamin D: helps prevent serious diseases in children. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ have 200 IU of Vitamin D.

Vitamin E: protects the body from damaging free-radicals. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 15 IU of Vitamin E.

Thiamin (Vitamin B1): assists and regulates carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ have 1.5 mg of Thiamin.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): essential to energy generation and nerve development. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™

contain 1.06 mg of Riboflavin.

Niacin (Vitamin B3): maintain normal functioning of the nervous system. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ have 10 mg of Niacin.

Vitamin B6: supports healthy skin, hair, and normal red-blood-cell formation. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 2.5 mg of Vitamin B6.

Folic Acid (Vitamin B9): important for reproduction of all body cells. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 200 mcg of Folic Acid.

Vitamin B12: promotes growth and cell development. VITAPLEN™ have 50 mcg of Vitamin B12.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5): involved in energy metabolism. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 5 mg of Pantothenic Acid.

Calcium: supports optimal growth and development and builds healthy bones. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 75 mg of Calcium.

Magnesium: assists bone growth and aids nerve function. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ have 37.5 mg of Magnesium.

Zinc: essential for normal growth and development. Half dosages of VITAPLEN™ contain 7.5 mg of Zinc.
